Writing blog after a long break

Let me count: 1... 2... 3... and 4! Wow.. realised that I haven't been updating my blog for 4 months! Well, lots of things happend and everyday is a new beginning with busy schedule. I simply enjoy everyday and feel simply blessed with all I have. I am glad that I am already with my current job role for 6 months! Times flies... Through this period of time, I discovered lots of things that I wasn't aware in the past about working life. Simply felt so blessed that I have met such a good boss to work with. She's one person that I will always remember, giving me constant guidance and encouragement - A mentor and great leader. Of course, my fellow colleages are also equally great as well. Comparing to my past experience working in small firms, it's an eye opener.

Today, something disastrous happen. Everyone in the office had "black" face. Me too, was in the lousiest mood and low spirit. But I cannot do anything but to stay calm, and wait for things to happen and hope the impact will not be too great. Well, I learnt that some things are beyond our ability and control. Suddently, Organisation Theory - the subject learnt in uni becomes so real. It's not just some guru's theory. It's so real! OMG.. it's the first time that I face such situation but I hope I can adapt gracefully without being hurt. It made me realise that surviving in the corporate world is an art to master. Felt really good after ranting about the unhappy event today.

A few updates on my recent happenings... Well, one good news is, I have finally pass my advance theory test. Now planning my schedule for driving lessons. Aim to get my license by end of this year. Baby promised to give me extra lessons. :) Ya, I've bought a new Nokia E65 mobile phone! Simply love it so much! Cool features and sleek design. It's v challenging with alot of new features, like doing concall and VPN thingy... v high tech. My colleague LL, says I have become a geeko under BB's influence. Best part about this is the mio feature is I can talk non-stop on the phone for hours without feeling guilty abt the phone bills. :P No worries.. and faster internet speed now.

Got to go and do some readings now... Coz this month is a busy month. Lots of meetings planned ahead. I hope May 2007 will be a good month. Praying for the best to come out of the worst scenario. Wish me good Luck!

Was checking my friendster today.

Noticed someone "interesting" viewed me.

Well, I supposed the purpose of the visit is to break the "news" to me.

Seriously, I do not feel anything.

In fact I felt relieved and give them my blessings.

Time flies and everyone has their own lives.

I hope that what I have done in the past has made one realise his mistakes.



Had an interesting week.

Well, good news is I finally got my bluetooth feature working.

Coz had some problem pairing up earlier.

Has to download the software again and get it going.

I was applying for leave in December today.

Lucky babe ya, managed to have left with 5 days of leave to clear.

Now planning of activities to do for that week.

Lots of thoughts flash through my mind while I was doing the planning.



Sort of think of the things that has happened this year,

and try to think of my new year resolution for 2007.

Many big goals to achieve,

and hope they will come true.



Went to Sun and Moon for dinner yesterday.

This is my 2nd time there.

Was looking forward to come here for Japanese food.

Same as my 1st visit, I sat by the window and the view was great, with the X'mas lightings on the street!

Felt as thought I was overseas.

Had a few wonderful dishes and sashimi.

Tried the tofu Cheesecake and sesame ice-cream! It was so beautiful, served in a bird cage.

Wow...

Blogger has come up with a new set of blogging features and I had a hard time to figure out the new features.

Hence, there was some problem accessing my blog.

Really became very lazy to read on the instructions and explore the new features.

Well.. seems enjoying life recently.

Oh dear.. committed a sin again.. bought a few more pieces of clothings.

Couldn't resist the temptations at Fashion City in Vivo.

End up all of us bought something from the store.

Manage to catch a movie last weekend.

Watched Deck the Halls! Yes, thought of watching this show with I.K as I want to get into the xmas mood!

But I.K fell asleep! OMG.. ok, forgive him coz he's prob had not enough sleep.

Was around in Paragon for dinner.

The human traffic in Orchard is extremely heavy as usual.

Suddenly felt alot appreciative of the xmas lightings on the streets after watching this movie.

It was supposed to be a belated birthday dinner for Kristal.

On our way there, we saw the Mount Emily Park.

Saw another apartment there named Glare Emily...

Very interesting trip.

Watched Happy Feet with Stella last Friday.

Wow.. This was our first time catching movie together.

It was a very sweet and entertaining movie for destress.
