Yesterday was definitely not a lucky day for me.
Met with many unpleasant things throughout the day.
An unlucky day again!
Well, probably I wasn't in good mood as well.
Many things on my mind..
Luckily I have managed to sort them out today.
Hey, went J8 for pedicure with Kristal.
Know what???
We both end up extremely annoyed by the lady who attended to us.
It was our 1st time to do pedicure at Level 2 beside Coffeebean.
The person attending to us was terribly rude!
She scheduled a 4pm appointment for both of us and we were there at 4pm sharp.
Shop Assistant: "Eh.. why are you two so late, huh? Didn't I tell you all to come at 4pm sharp?" ( Her attitude was super ah lian type)
Kristal: " No arh, we are here at 4pm sharp. You made us wait here until now mah. Anyway, I thought you say you will call us at 4pm? " ( At that time was around 4.15pm)
Shop Assistant: " Oh yah.. i was about to call when I see you all here already."
She made us waited for another 10 mins.
The supervisor was kind enough to show us the latest colours.
This shop assistant was acting as though she's super busy, bringing her customers here and there.
Seems like shoving us off the seats we are sitting, so that her other customers can sit.
We simply tolerated with her rudeness.. well, still bearable, I thought.
While showing us to our seats, I just couldn't tolerate her attitude anymore!
From one end of the shop, she shouted across to me.
Shop Assistant: "Aiyah!!!! You wear this kind of shoes! How?" (I was wearing covered shoes.)
Me: "Huh? What's wrong with my shoes?"
Shop Assistant: " No, no, no.. You must go opposite shop, Bata, and buy a pair of slippers now!" (Her tone was as thought she was talking to a 3-year old kid, pointing to the opposite shop.)
I was super offended and felted rather insulted!
WTH she cares about my shoes.
Couldn't her just speak in a better tone?
Who is she to order me to buy a pair of shoes now!
She realised my change of facial expression and knows I was very angry about that!
I raised my voice and the other customers were shocked at what she said to me.
Me: "Huh? You mean to do your pedicure, I need to buy a pair of slippers? Do you think it makes sense?"
Shop Assistant: " OK lah, I lend you a pair of slippers, but you must remember to return us the slippers tmrw you know? " (Again, she sounds as thought she's doing me a big favour.)
Me: " But why? why must i buy?"
Shop Assistant: "You cannot wear your shoes after the pedicure, until 2 hours later."
Come on, in the first place, I dun even dare to wear your slipper loh, duno clean a not.
Eee... At this moment, I was extremely annoyed and she practically spoiled my mood for the pedi.
I stormed off.
Can't believe that this is the service standard we have in Singapore!
The supervisor ran after me to find out what's wrong.
Well, I complained the whole situation to the supervisor and she was also shocked that her staff treated the customer in such a manner.
Obviously the staff has problem communicating to customers.
In the end, she apologised and I didn't accept her apology.
It's no use.. I told the supervisor that this is the 1st and last time I'll ever step into this shop.
Lousy service with staffs with no BRAINS!
We skipped the pedi and went to have some cold drinks too cool down.
Shopping therapy also helps a little to forget about the unpleasant experience.
Bought a nice cute, shorts jumper from Alano.
Wow.. so happy as Kristal has shared me with very nice dressing tips.
I tried mixing and matching the new tops and wow...
turns out very pretty.
I like the new image.
It's a new dress style that I have added to my wardrobe.
Gee!!!
